I’m Silvia Zolfanelli, owner and baker of Silvialicious.

I was born and raised in Italy, and my grandfather was a pastry chef between the 1940s and 1980s. This is where my passion for creating delicious desserts comes from.

While I’ve been baking growing up, learning all the secrets from my mother, only in 2017 I decided to start my own baking business, operating under the Texas Cottage Food Law.

I like to work with my customer to create unique design for their events, and I strive when given freedom of creativity. All of my creations are made from scratch with premium ingredients and no artificial flavours.

Custom designs require a minimum of 2 weeks notice, as I like to brainstorm, create the design, and subsequently create the stencils and/or cookie cutters necessary to make it come to life. Full upfront payment is needed to secure your spot in my calendar.

I do vegan and gluten free upon request although my kitchen handles dairies, gluten and eggs on a daily basis therefore cross contamination may occur. We are not responsible for any reaction, illness or harm that may be directly or indirectly caused my our products.
