Italian Pies

Italian pies are characterised by a shortbread shell, fresh fruits filling, and a shortbread top. They are different from traditional pies as the shortbread is rich and buttery and melts in mouth without the typical flaky consistency and flavour of the traditional pies.

  • Apple strudel (Apple, raisins, cinnamon, pine nuts).
